Who runs Flapday

Flapday is operated by Magnet Marketing s.r.o., Czech Republic, which is the controller of your personal data. For any privacy question or request, write to [email protected].

What we collect

You can play Flapday without creating an account and without giving us your name or email. To run the daily leaderboard we store:

• a random anonymous player ID created when you first open the game,
• the nickname you choose (or a random one like "Pilot 4821"),
• a two-letter country code taken from your device's language and region settings,
• your flights for each day: when they started and finished and the score.

Your streak, today's flights and settings are also kept locally on your device. If you turn on the daily reminder in the mobile app, it is scheduled on your device only; we do not use push servers or collect a push token.

Why we use it

Only to run the game: to show the daily and country leaderboards, to limit each player to the daily number of flights and to detect impossible scores. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in providing the game you chose to play (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Who processes it

Game data is stored with Supabase (database hosted in the European Union). The website is served by Cloudflare. Both act as our processors. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with advertisers. Flapday currently shows no ads; if that changes, this policy will be updated first and any required consent will be asked in the app.

How long we keep it

Leaderboard entries and flight records are kept for up to 24 months so historical courses remain comparable, unless you delete them sooner.

Delete your data

Use Delete my data at the bottom of the game screen. It removes your scores, flights, nickname and anonymous player ID from our servers and clears the game data on your device. You can also email [email protected].

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete and restrict processing of your data, to object to processing, and to complain to a supervisory authority; in the Czech Republic that is the Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz).

Children

Flapday is suitable for all ages and collects no contact details. The nickname field should not contain your real name.

Provozovatelem hry Flapday a správcem osobních údajů je Magnet Marketing s.r.o. Flapday nevyžaduje registraci. Ukládáme jen anonymní ID hráče, zvolenou přezdívku, kód země a skóre, a to pouze pro provoz žebříčku. Data jsou uložena v EU (Supabase), neprodáváme je a nesdílíme s inzerenty. Všechna svá data smažete tlačítkem „Smazat moje data“ ve hře nebo e-mailem na [email protected].
